miaforo counts everyone who signs in: your members, your coaches and you.
miaforo’s prices exclude VAT. Timp’s pricing page does not say whether theirs include it.
Timp’s prices drop 5% paid six months ahead, and 10% paid a year ahead.
Timp says extra modules can change the price. Its Enterprise plan has no published price.

What each one does
Your members’ app
miaforo
Members open it in the phone’s browser and add the icon to the home screen. No app store.
Timp
Your clients get Timp’s app from the app store, or from a link you send from the panel. A web app with your logo, name and colours is also available.
Member payments
miaforo
Charge as you do today and record it on the member’s file. Sort the list to see who owes the month. Members pay their fee online by card, through Stripe.
Timp
Your clients pay in the app, through Stripe, when they buy a pass or a session. Recurring charges go by card or direct debit.
Getting started

Ask for a demo and we set up your gym, timetable included. Send us your member list and each member gets an invitation. Or paste the list or upload a CSV yourself.
Timp
Their team moves your database and open passes, and an assigned agent trains you by video call. Most plans have a 3-month minimum contract.
Your data and API
miaforo
Download the gym’s data in one file and a month of payments for your accountant. There is no API.
Timp
It has a read-only API at €10 a month per active site.
