Prices exclude VAT. The tax depends on your country and your VAT number.

Every plan includes the same things. Only the number of users changes. Online member payments, on the paid plans only.

What people ask before they pay
What happens if I go past my plan number of users?
Everything keeps working, except adding someone new or bringing back a former member. The panel warns you before you reach the limit.
Is there a minimum term?
No. No setup fee, no minimum term. Tell us and we stop billing.
How do I pay?
On Stripe's page. You authorise it once and it is collected each period until you stop it from your panel.
Do the prices carry VAT?
No, prices are before VAT. miaforo invoices from Germany. With a VAT number from another EU country on the EU register, you pay no VAT and account for it at home (reverse charge). Without that number, the invoice carries 19 % German VAT.
Do you charge per member or per user?
Per user: every active account counts, your members, your coaches and you. A paused member still counts; one you take off the books does not.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Zero euros a month, up to 5 users and no payment details. It does not expire and has everything the paid plans have except online member payments.
How does the first month free work?
For gyms that start a paid plan by 31 December 2026. Nothing is charged until the same day next month. One free month per gym: cancel and subscribe again and you pay from day one. The Free plan still never expires.
Can I change plan?
Yes, from your panel. You can move down once you have fewer users than the smaller plan holds.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. From the panel you download everything: one file with the data and one with the photos.
