miaforo counts everyone who signs in: your members, your coaches and you.
miaforo’s prices exclude VAT. Resawod’s pricing page does not say whether theirs include it.
Resawod says there is no minimum contract and you can change plan at any time.

What each one does
Your members’ app
miaforo
Members open it in the phone’s browser and add the icon to the home screen. No app store.
Resawod
Every plan includes their iOS and Android apps: Resadmin for coaches and Resawod for athletes. No charge for downloads or for the number of users.
Member payments
miaforo
Charge as you do today and record it on the member’s file. Sort the list to see who owes the month. Members pay their fee online by card, through Stripe.
Resawod
Resapayments, their own payment gateway, collects online automatically, by card terminal or by bank remittance, and chases unpaid charges. PayG requires it, at €0.25 + 3.5% per payment; Starter makes it optional.

Ask for a demo and we set up your gym, timetable included. Send us your member list and each member gets an invitation. Or paste the list or upload a CSV yourself.
Resawod
Resawod says its team does the migration and hands you the platform ready 15 days after getting your gym’s details. There is a free trial.
Your data and API

Download the gym’s data in one file and a month of payments for your accountant. There is no API.

You can export and download your data whenever you want.
