What each one does
Your members’ app
miaforo
Members open it in the phone’s browser and add the icon to the home screen. No app store.
Admidance
Students sign in to a portal with your school’s name to see their classes and payments and sign documents. It works on computer, tablet and phone.
Member payments
miaforo
Charge as you do today and record it on the member’s file. Sort the list to see who owes the month. Members pay their fee online by card, through Stripe.
Admidance
You record a payment and the next one is created; the WhatsApp reminder goes in one click. Online payments run on Stripe. Its page says SEPA remittances are not available yet.
Getting started
miaforo
Ask for a demo and we set up your gym, timetable included. Send us your member list and each member gets an invitation. Or paste the list or upload a CSV yourself.
Admidance
You import students from Excel or CSV, and Admidance says most schools are set up the same day. The first 30 days are free, without a card.
Your data and API
miaforo
Download the gym’s data in one file and a month of payments for your accountant. There is no API.
Admidance
You export any month’s payments, or one student’s, as a PDF.
