miaforo charges by active users and puts every feature on every plan. Online member payments too, on every plan. Wodify charges per location and by plan, with unlimited clients and staff. Each higher plan adds features. Its page shows only the starting price, in US dollars.

Wodify charges a small onboarding fee and does not say how much. Every plan is month to month, with no long-term contract.

Your members’ app

Members open it in the phone’s browser and add the icon to the home screen. No app store.
Wodify
Clients and coaches use one Wodify app, listed on the App Store. An app with your own brand is an add-on on every plan.
Languages
miaforo
Every screen for the gym and its members is in English, Spanish and German. Each member chooses their language.
Wodify
Its App Store entry lists German, French, English, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. Spanish is not among them.
Member payments
miaforo
Charge as you do today and record it on the member’s file. The list puts whoever owes the month first.
Wodify
Wodify Payments charges cards from 2.7% + US$0.30 per payment, depending on plan and country.
