What each one does
Your members’ app
miaforo
They use the browser on their phone and add the icon to their home screen. No app store.
Admidance
Each student signs in to a portal with your school’s name to see their classes and payments and sign documents. It works on computer, tablet and phone.
Taking payment from members

Charge as you do today and record it on the member’s file. The list puts whoever owes the month first.
Admidance
You record a payment, the next one is generated, and you send the WhatsApp reminder in one click. Online payments go through Stripe; no SEPA remittances yet.
