## Everything it does

- The owner, Weekly timetable: Write each class once, with its time, places and coach. It repeats every week.
- The owner, The month at a glance: Each month you see what came in, what is still owed and how full the classes were.
- The owner, Who owes: Record each payment, and whoever owes for the month comes first.
- The owner, Member files: Invite everyone from a list or a CSV. Each member’s file shows their membership, payments and a private note.

## Who sees what

- The owner: The whole month: collected, pending, occupancy and attendance. Who owes appears on its own. Only they see the money and the settings.
- The coach: Their timetable and their classes, nothing else. Marks attendance in class, phone in hand. No money, no settings.
- The member: Books and cancels from their phone. Membership, places and progress on one screen. No app store.

- Prices exclude VAT. The tax depends on your country and your VAT number.
- The Free plan does not expire and needs no payment details.
- Every plan includes the same things. Only the number of users changes. Online member payments, on the paid plans only.
- Leave whenever you like. Tell us and we stop billing.
